Period

This watchcase is decorated with a scene of a man playing a flute, a girl singing, and a second man reclining, holding the neck of a stringed instrument. The composition is derived from L'Accord Parfait (Perfect Accord) ca. 1719 by Antoine Watteau (1684-1721), now in the collection of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (AC1999.18.1). Documented from an openly licensed real-object photograph on Wikimedia Commons; only the details stated by that source are recorded here. Remaining specifications are marked research required rather than estimated.
