The National Graflex Camera is a twentieth-century photographic ensemble manufactured in the United States by an unknown maker. The set comprises the main camera body alongside an array of accessories, including a fitted carrying case, an instruction manual, a shutter release cable, a self-timer mechanism, a color filter, and a dedicated copying attachment.

The camera features a compact, angular body clad in dark textured material with metallic trim details, an opening front door revealing the lens assembly, and an upright folding viewing hood at the top. The accompanying dark carrying case features a curved profile, a closure snap, and an attached carrying strap. The paper instruction booklet displays printed cover text, and a compartmentalized transparent case houses smaller auxiliary equipment, boxed parts, and mechanical accessories.
