Snuffbox is held by National Museum of Romanian History. Museum description: Container for storing tea, formatted as a tubular casket on an oval base with a hinged lid.
The entire surface of the container is chased with vegetal motifs, scrolls, and flowers; within this decoration, the following decorative elements can be observed: On the front is a child seated on a flowering branch pulled by a bee; on the opposite side is a winged cupid holding cymbals; on one of the narrow sides is a child drawing a bow, and on the opposite side a child with cymbals; on the lid is another child in a chariot pulled by a bee.
The piece is marked on the bottom (the mark is unclear, appearing to represent a deer's head flanked by the numerals 8, 2, 4).; inscription: Numerals: 8, 2, 4. The museum record gives measurements length: 6.1 cm; width: 4.4 cm; height: 7.1 cm.
