Folding camera Balda is held by Roscheider Hof Open Air Museum. Museum description: A folding camera is a camera whose rear section for exposure is connected light-tight to the lens by a folded bellows made of cardboard or fabric.

Using a folding mechanism, the lens can be retracted into the camera body. This Balda Juwella was built in 1938–39 for 6x9 roll film. The lens is an Anastigmat 1:6.3/10.5 mm. The shutter is by Pronto. On the narrow top side is a folding viewfinder frame. The body is made of steel covered with artificial leather. On the back there is a small round window made of red glass for checking the frame numbers, which is closed by a small sheet-metal slider.

On the bottom side, all the way to the right, the film rewind crank is attached. The museum record gives measurements L: 155 mm B: 140 mm/35 mm H: 80 mm. These details come from the holding museum's own record; how far this object represents a wider collectible type has not yet been independently verified.
