This pair of Chinese famille rose porcelain snuff bottles dates to the 19th century and features a distinctive 'Lotus' pattern. Each bottle possesses a flattened, tapering body that is decorated with a dense and intricate arrangement of scrolling floral motifs.

The designs are executed in the famille rose palette, set against a delicate light turquoise ground. The bottles are finished with contrasting agate stoppers, providing a textured accent to the smooth porcelain surfaces.
