Historical context

Four signature varieties Notes exist with the overprint "BANGLADESH" on them, which Krause says were issued by Bangladesh after they separated from Pakistan. However, the "Bangladesh Bank or the Ministry of Finance never issued an order to overprint or rubber-stamp Pakistani currency" ( source ), meaning that the stamps are neither official nor of importance.
