Open-face silver pocket watch with chain

It features a club-tooth, right-angle lever banked on an escape pinion, an enamel dial with a subsidiary seconds dial, and a machine-engraved silver case. The watch is attached to a long silver link chain with a bar and loop closure topped with a lion.
The dial bears the inscription "Kay & Compy, Worcester", alongside a continental hallmark. The chain is hallmarked Birmingham, and the inside of the case back displays sterling silver hallmarks and the number 210747. It is held in the Applied Arts and Design collection of the Auckland Museum Tāmaki Paenga Hira.
