This Russian memorial jeton is crafted from gold and decorated with enamel. It features a circular design with a prominent central white enamel field displaying a crown over two enameled shields—one red with a griffin, and the other yellow with blue lions.

Surrounding this central medallion is a green enamel band inscribed with Cyrillic text, encased within a gold frame. Below the central emblem, the piece includes additional engraved Cyrillic text and the dates 1898–1905. The item includes a bail for suspension. It is impressed with a 56 gold standard stamp and an unidentified 'AP' stamp, while the bail features the maker's mark of Alexander Tillander. Measuring 34 x 24 mm and weighing 9.3 gross dwt, this jeton serves as a commemorative naval object from the late 19th to early 20th century.
