This object is a labour movement poster titled "We Will Not Be Divided In Our Common Struggle", printed on paper using ink. Created circa 1976 in London, United Kingdom, it was designed and printed by The Poster Collective, based at Tolmers Square.

The poster features a high-contrast black-and-white photomontage arranged in two primary tiers. The upper section shows an assembled group of people holding long sticks or tools, representing workers on strike. Below this group, three smaller rectangular vignettes are placed side by side depicting different spheres of labour: a miner on the left, a smiling woman in the centre, and an elderly rural worker on the right.

Accompanying text captions the lower imagery with the phrases "IN THE MINES", "IN THE COMMUNITY", and "ON THE LAND". Across the bottom margin, the principal title and slogan is rendered in prominent capitalised lettering: "WE WILL NOT BE DIVIDED IN OUR COMMON STRUGGLE".
