The Patek Philippe reference 5960P-016 is one of the manufacture's most sophisticated contemporary complications, combining a flyback chronograph, annual calendar, and power reserve indication within an elegant platinum case. Powered by the in-house automatic calibre CH 28-520 IRM QA 24H, it features an integrated column-wheel chronograph with vertical clutch, allowing the chronograph to run continuously without affecting precision. The annual calendar, patented by Patek Philippe in 1996, automatically distinguishes between 30 and 31 day months, requiring only a single manual correction each year at the end of February.

Its highly legible dial, with concentric chronograph display and power reserve indicator, reflects the manufacture's ability to combine technical complexity with exceptional clarity. Preserved with its original Certificate of Origin, presentation box, and calendar corrector stylus, the present example represents an outstanding opportunity to acquire one of Patek Philippe's most emblematic modern complications.
