This gentleman's half-hunter pocket watch, dated to approximately 1925, features a substantial, plain-polished 18-carat yellow gold case. The hinged outer cover is designed with an engraved Roman numeral chapter ring, finished in blue enamel, surrounding a central glazed aperture that allows the subsidiary seconds register on the dial to be viewed without opening the watch.

The inner white enamel dial displays bold black Roman numerals and an outer minute track, complemented by blued-steel spade hands. Powering the timepiece is a gilt, three-quarter plate Zenith movement, numbered 2502491, equipped with a 17-jewel lever escapement and marked as adjusted. The watch case, weighing a total of 115.5 grams inclusive of its components, bears the case number 315060 and is stamped with 18, ATD, and various Swiss export hallmarks.

This refined horological instrument represents the high-quality craftsmanship of the era, maintaining its functional integrity with a running movement.
