This object is a postcard titled "Postcard Commemorating the Russian All-Union Spartakiada," created in 1928 by the Latvian artist Gustav Klutsis (1895–1938). Executed as a color lithograph on off-white wove card, the sheet measures 14.8 by 10.5 cm (5 7/8 by 4 3/16 in.) and originates from Latvia.

The vertical composition presents a dynamic constructivist photomontage themed around tennis and athletic activity. A large central figure of a tennis player swinging a racket dominates the composition, set against geometric planes of bright blue, yellow, and black. Additional smaller figures of tennis players and a crowd appear across stylized court markings rendered with colored lines. Bold typographic inscriptions and graphic text bands frame the sides and upper margins of the card.
