This object entry comprises a set of seven buttons crafted in Hungary between 1811 and 1916. Executed in metal and enamel, each button possesses a three-dimensional, bulbous or acorn-like shape tapering toward a small base, topped with a metallic loop or shank for attachment to garments.
The surface of each button features a swirling, fluted design accented with dark enamel sections interspersed with rows of small, turquoise-colored bead-like elements. Fine metallic detailing forms twisted ribs and circular motifs along the exterior, creating an intricate ornamental pattern. According to the museum records, the buttons have a diameter of 4.5 cm (1 3/4 in.). No specific maker or inscriptions are documented.
