Drachm in silver struck at Sinope, dated c. 490–425 BC. Corpus Nummorum, the online type corpus of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, records it as CN type 22922 (period: Classical Period; issuing authority type: city).

Obverse: Eagle head right above a dolphin right. Reverse: Quadratum incusum with dotted surface, divided into four parts; two opposite squares deeper. Measured specimens give a mean weight of 5.67 g (mean of 2 recorded specimens) and a diameter of 14–16 mm (from 2 recorded specimens). The corpus assigns the type to the Aeginetan weight standard.
