"Indovinello Doppio (Riddle)" is an Italian postcard produced around 1903 by an unknown artist. The card is made of card stock and printed with printing ink using a lithographic technique. It measures approximately 9 cm in height by 14 cm in width.

The design features an illustration of a green fig positioned in the upper portion of the card. Below the fruit, an Italian inscription in suggestive verse presents a riddle relying on a double entendre, playing on the Italian word "fica" as both a fig and slang for the female genitalia. The verse discusses eating the fruit versus touching its "sister," ending with a remark about "family affairs."
