Large denomination (bronze) struck at Sestos in Thrace, dated c. 150–100 BC. Corpus Nummorum, the online type corpus of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, records it as CN type 12764 (period: Hellenistic Period; issuing authority type: city).

Obverse: Female head, left. Reverse: Demeter seated left on basket, wearing kalathos, holding two ears of corn in her outstretched right hand and resting her left on basket; in front of her, herm. Legend: ΣΗΣΤΙΑ. Measured specimens give a mean weight of 6.27 g (mean of 4 recorded specimens) and a diameter of 18–20 mm (from 3 recorded specimens).
