Drachm in silver struck at Chersonesos Taurike, dated c. 200–150 BC. Corpus Nummorum, the online type corpus of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, records it as CN type 21226 (period: Hellenistic Period; issuing authority type: city).

Obverse: Head of Parthenos wearing mural crown, right; at shoulder quiver and bow. Reverse: Stag standing right. Legend: ΧΕΡ ΜΟΙΡΙΟΣ. Measured specimens give a mean weight of 3.94 g (mean of 33 recorded specimens) and a diameter of 16.5–21.5 mm (from 28 recorded specimens). Recorded findspots: Chernorechye, Sevastopol'. Historical context

Chersonesus was an ancient Greek colony founded in the 6th century BC by settlers from Heraclea Pontica, situated on the Black Sea coast in the southwestern Crimean Peninsula near modern Sevastopol. While it functioned as a democracy governed by elected archons and a council called the Damiorgi throughout much of the classical period, its governance later shifted towards oligarchy, concentrating authority among the archons. From the 3rd century BC onwards, its citizens swore a civic oath that survives to the present day.
