Obverse: Laureate and cuirassed bust of bearded Caracalla, right, seen from behind. Legend: ΑVΤ Κ Μ ΑVΡ ϹΕV ΑΝΤΩΝΕΙΝΟϹ. Reverse: Temple front of a tetrastyle temple; within statue of Hygieia standing to right, feeding serpent from patera. Legend: ΟVΛΠΙΑϹ ΠΑVΤΑΛΙΑϹ.
