Small denomination (bronze) struck at Aigospotamoi in Thrace, dated late 4th century BC. Corpus Nummorum, the online type corpus of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, records it as CN type 279 (period: Hellenistic Period; issuing authority type: city).

Obverse: Head of goddess, left, wearing earring, necklace and stephane with laurel wreath. Reverse: Goat standing right, in incuse square. Legend: ΑΙΓΟΣΠΟ. Measured specimens give a mean weight of 1.27 g (mean of 3 recorded specimens) and a diameter of 7–11 mm (from 3 recorded specimens). This small bronze coin was struck during the Hellenistic Period, dated to the late 4th century BC, by the issuing authority of Aigospotamoi in Thrace. Aegospotami, meaning 'Goat Streams', was the ancient Greek name for a small river or rivers discharging into the Hellespont, located northeast of Sestos.
