Obverse: Laureate bust of Gordian III, right, wearing cuirass and paludamentum; gorgoneion on breastplate. Reverse: Serapis and Homonoia; to left, Serapis standing right, wearing kalathos, holding sceptre and crowning Homonoia; to right, Homonoia standing left, holding wreath and cornucopia; at her feet, left, altar.
