Obol in silver struck at Antandros in Troas, dated c. 390–350 BC. Corpus Nummorum, the online type corpus of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, records it as CN type 21375 (period: Classical Period; issuing authority type: city).

Obverse: Head of a goddess, right, wearing crossed hairband and earring. Reverse: Goat standing right, in incuse square. Legend: ΑΝΤΑΝ. Measured specimens give a mean weight of 0.5 g (mean of 2 recorded specimens) and a diameter of 8–8.4 mm (from 2 recorded specimens). The corpus assigns the type to the reduced Chian weight standard. Historical context

During the Classical Period, this obol was minted by Antandros, an ancient Greek city located in the Troad region of Anatolia. Situated along the northern coast of the Gulf of Adramyttium, the city's surrounding territory was known as Antandria. In ancient Greek monetary systems, the obol served as both a currency and a unit of weight.
