Hadrianeia, also known as Hadriania, was an ancient town in Mysia located near modern Dursunbey in Asiatic Turkey. This bronze coin was issued by the city under the Roman emperor Lucius Septimius Severus, who ruled the Roman Empire from 193 to 211 after seizing power during the Year of the Five Emperors following the death of Pertinax.
