Reverse: Victory, winged, draped, standing right, and Libertas, draped, standing left, supporting between them a plain shaft carrying a trophy; Victory holding palm over left shoulder; Libertas holding transverse sceptre in left hand; Victory's hand supports the shaft above Libertas' hand.
